Ron Bibace. The truth is that this nation no longer enjoys constitutional government because the legal profession unconstitutionally, effectively controls all government in the United States. Such control by any group is a violation of the principle of separation of powers of the Constitution.

Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, the father of the Constitution, and John Jay, the first chief Justice of the Supreme Court wrote a series of 85 newspaper articles under the Federalist banner which they signed under the shared name "Publius". The efforts of these men resulted in The Federalist Papers which is an authoritative analysis of the Constitution of the United States and an enduring classic of political philosophy ranking in historical importance behind only the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution itself.
This continuation is dedicated to restoring constitutional and representative government.

About the author: Ron Bibace is an author and constitutional scholar in pursuit of the justice of our cause -- that it is illegal for lawyers (who are members of the judicial branch) to simultaneously serve in the Legislative or Executive branches. In researching and writing this continuation of the Federalist Papers, he makes it possible for us to halt the legal tyranny that has overtaken this country.
Ron became aware of the problem in 1985. The views presented here were first developed and articulated in 1989.
Professor Albert Blaustein[1] (1922-1994), a world renowned constitutional lawyer, international consultant, and prolific author of books on the law, having never before heard the proposals articulated here, was persuaded that the writer’s views are sound and should prevail in a court of law, and has said so in writing.
